Rick Berkelmans (1986) work is full of action and humour and exists of a strong mix of images, typography and colour. With his addiction to printing techniques he combines his fresh illustrations with a unique vintage look. The most important he thinks, is that his work has a certain attitude, casual but well thought out. A cool visual solution to the clients problem.
Since 2008 Rick runs his oneman design studio Hedof. As an illustrator / designer he works for all sorts of client-based projects in different forms of visual communication. He also enjoys self-initiated projects such as prints, T-shirts and zines, basically everything where his enthusiasm brings him. His work is regularly shown at exhibitions in the Netherlands and abroad and is available at this website.
